Alternative Treatments for Mental Health?

Ozempic gave me diarrhea so bad I had to stop taking it. Really the only thing for diabetes is to eat right and exercise so to lose weight. Which I find so hard to do. Probably why my A1c is 10.5

How is your A1C doing?

How old are you?

Has that worked well? I use a daily pen, Levemir. Think I need higher dosage. Once a week is fine.

I’m also doing Ozempic ( once a week injection)

Always the usual. Drink lots of water. Helps in all areas of your health. Pop, even diet, isn't good. Usually lose some weight when you cut it out.
