I wanna know if anyone else feel like this sometimes. I’m not very expressive since I don’t want to be patronized or guilt tripped by my family for having feelings when I never did before because I was hiding them. When I cry it’s something so weird to happen to my family and they think I’m going crazy or something and I often have to calm myself and my feelings down and just push a smile. Is it ok to be envious of people who can express themselves and how can I begin to do so in a way that won’t get me in bad terms with my family?

Does it prompt discussions? Like, do you talk with your family about those things? I’m thinking of trying that
I have found using a journal helps me so I can get out my irritations but not upset family members about it.
