i feel so uncomfortable in my body. like i’m going to “wake up” at any moment and i’ll be okay again but i never feel okay. i try to ignore it, but it never works. i try to go outside, drink water, take care of myself, go to therapy, i’m afraid i’m going to be like this forever. i guess i am in need of some support right now. this is the hardest thing i’ve ever gone through.

      I sympathize so much with you!! I used to be exactly the same!! It gets better trust me!! You can do this! Don’t let this dark cloud hang over you. How I slowly overcame my bad panic attacks was baby steps, I would get really bad panic attacks around needles. I would visualize first, then gradually move to pictures , then looking at a needle etc. it took a LONG time but I’m very happy to say I’m okay now. You can do this!!
