My Eczema has become very aggressive here lately. It has been quite dormant over mot of my adult life but has come back to haunt me much as it did as a child. What do you all use as far as soaps, lotions, etc…;In the summer months to stay fresh and clean yet keep the areas from getting and being irritated???

I use Dr. Bronner’s soap in the shower. It’s fragrance-free, as fragrance was a big trigger for my eczema before I actually became allergic to it. I love using Eucerin lotions, mainly their original healing cream.

This is exactly what I'm experiencing too! And in spots i have never had before. It is so disheartening so i really feel for you.

@Crusty I’m sorry you’re going through this. My doctor gave me a cream. It burns 🥵. She didn’t listen to me when I said creams have not been working. Everything burns because my skin is cracked in places.

@Butterfly9937 yes!!! I see you're trying Aveeno lotions. I LOVE all of their soaps for body and face but i noticed all of their lotions burn me so bad! I'm not sure if your experiencing that as well but have you tried soaking your body and just applying petroleum jelly?

❤️Thank you so much! I’m willing to try anything I have Aveeno lotion for eczema. I’ve been watching what I eat as well. I try to eat as clean as possible. I will be on the lookout for natural products!!!!

I use natural, handmade soap for hand washing and bathing. I wear gloves when washing my hair or doing any cleaning. The lotion that I use is Aveeno eczema therapy itch relief balm. The key is finding the ingredients that trigger your break outs and avoiding direct contact with those.
