yeah so i’ve had this issue for awhile but it feels like i have these little braincells in my head and its not that bad but sometimes it gets reallllly annoying and difficult when doing a task. like a few months ago when i was making myself breakfast, and i was making eggs, for some reason they weren’t turning out and then the arguing started. and they weren’t yelling at me, moreso at each other??? saying stuff like “this is why i should be in charge of making the eggs you can’t even do it” and then “okay well i do it better than you” but yelling yk??? and this just kept going back and forth and it was bothering me a lot. and with my breakfast, sometimes i would crack open a small glass bottle of coke and thats when i was getting yelled at over how i dont know what the can opener looks like and it was so stupid and distracting and they were throwing me off of everything and it made it hard to concentrate on my OWN thoughts???? and you know that anxiety you get where your head feels weird??? i’ve been having a lot of that and it’s bothering me and making me anxious

@GingerSnapple And for me it's not like DID where they are different personalities, it was all me.. just different me's arguing about how to do a task.

I've had this problem, especially when I'm having any anxiety. I started arguing back in my own head and after a while it calmed down. Like, their would be an argument how I'm stupid because I messed something up and I'd butt in an remind myself that I made a mistake, and making a mistake is human.

I would recommend looking into OSDD and DID. From what info you provided it could possibly be one of those two. I can't say any of what I said is the answer but maybe it can help you out some.
