I’m not sure if a lack of serotonin itself can cause HA. But serotonin does a lot in the body, so I’m not sure. There are many reasons for HA, though, and especially with migraines, doctors are still trying to figure out what causes them. I would definitely tell your doctor about them to see what they can do. Also, things like stress, dehydration, hunger, bright lights, all sorts of other things can cause HA.
It can be but it can also be dehydration
I would also like to add that dehydration causes headaches, especially if you're a big caffeine drinker. Caffeine is dehydrating.
