I’m 20 and have a recent ileostomy (oct 21). We’re planning on having it reversed in 2-3 months. But to those that have an ostomy, do you ever find it the diet sooo ridiculously frustrating?? Not even the diet per se, just the sheer amount of foods to avoid that are prone to causing blockages.
