Ok so i had my assessment originally for adhd. But the therapist gave a letter saying i have showing symptoms of adhd and autism and something else that i can’t remember but i think it begs with a ‘o’ 😂 but can someone tell what to do with this information because can i say i am neurodivergent or should i wait when I’m fully diagnosed? I’m soon going to begin treatment however just on the list at the moment 🤷
