Struggling to Speak Vulnerably: Any App Recommendations?

So occasionally I have a thing where I’m unable to speak vulnerable even when I try my absolute hardest to get the words out does anyone know any good apps that I could use to type out what I want but with the symbols as well??

      @Fawwn I also use Spoken and Leeloo! I also use Text to Speech. I’ve heard many people recommend Avaz and Speech Assistant as well.

      I have spoken and leeloo both of which look good but I get anxious using the robotic voice because I think it makes me stand out so I often use emergency chat which is written and you can pass the phone back and forth

      I just use Google keep for that, which is a regular notes app. I'm not sure what you mean by symbols. It supports emojis, images, and ASCII art. If you meant more like what you see on communication boards, @fruitpunk just made a post about aac apps that might be helpful

      This is called selective mutism! I struggle with this as a side effect of my autism and a couple other things. I personally don't know any AAC apps but I've been learning sign language to try and be able to communicate better when I go mute.

        @royalty wait that’s the reason why?! And yea I use sign language but it’s annoying when with family because none of them know sign language and it frustrates me when I’m trying to communicate with sign language when I have no pen or paper around to write what I’m trying to say

          @Zkeira it could be selective mutism but it could also be an autistic shutdown and I suggest u do some research into the differences between these and figure out which it is and what the best way forward is <3
