My DR put me on a modd enhancer- Amitriptyline and Propranolol for my anxiety attacks-she says it also helps with IBS and Hashimotos...but no change other than I was hungry all the time! My attacks stopped but I still look 8 months pregnant after a meal
@Jane30 my dr said the same thing pretty much hasn’t helped much I still have all my symptoms including anxiety attacks, I feel you on that I always feel so bloated after meals

What are you currently doing?
@100Percent_K currently eating smaller amounts more times a day, on different meds and supplements like benefiber and calm magnesium to help soften everything, tried high fiber diet didn’t do much, doctor also just put me on an antidepressant for it too plus nausea, migraines plus the IBS I haven’t tried it yet
