How to become a better texter w/ADHD? I tend to procrastinate a lot on replying to my texts because of anxiety & then I forget to text back… and when several days pass I get more embarrassed to the point where I don’t respond. Any tips on how to avoid this vicious cycle??

I completely understand this dilemma, I also feel quite guilty when I forget to respond to texts. I’d recommend that as a first line of defense, don’t open messages you don’t intend on replying to immediately. Curiosity always used to get the best of me and I would open messages to read them and then forget to respond. I also like setting aside times to go through my texts much like going through my email. Hope this helps!
