Do PCOS and Yeast Infections Go Hand in Hand?

Do you eat seed oils? Canola, vegetable, rapeseed, grape seed etc?? I’ve noticed when I incorporate those back in my face breaks out TERRIBLY and I feel yeast infection coming on. Sounds like you may have Candida though if they’re that constant and I also was diagnosed with that. If you have white specs on your body that’s an indicator of Candida as well (my dermatologist told me)
