Has anyone tried topiramate for chronic migraines?

I’m on it right now. When I was first put on it it worked well but recently it’s felt like I’m not on a preventative.

I have been on it for years. It works for me. But it wont work for everyone. You will need to find the strength for you or if it doesnt work then you will need to change to something that does. Hope it works for you. Been a godsend for me
