B12 shots. I give them to myself monthly. Maybe smoke a joint? 🤫

But I know some people use scripts or CBC gummy’s etc I use what I have access too everyone years ago thought it was all in our heads so we’re progressive there

It doesn’t work long and u pay double for it but there r things u must save n r g 4 and then we as CFS pay for it longer than anyone chooses to know besides us of course

Mount dew+coffee+Sudafed on occasion or Red Bull although the last one is only emergency I’m lucky though I really get to rest most of the time
