Hi! So lately I’ve been noticing I don’t feel my fibro pain, which is in my legs, when I wake up. I only feel my back and pelvic pain. Then by about noon the fibro pain makes it’s appearance. Does something similar happen to anyone else? It makes me wonder if there’s some other cause to it.

@Jas.777 thanks! I like using machines at the gym and it usually doesn’t make me too much worse, but walking certainly does! It’s interesting for sure

I think exercise is good, but doing a lot of running or exercises that strain the body can cause extra fibro pain after. I think using ellipticals and doing exercises with just body weight (or yoga) is better 😊
My doctor told me to exercise but it hurt after
@jpooh sometimes it helps me but sometimes it triggers a flare!
Yeah, my leg pain does that too. I think it's just caused by moving around during the day vs relaxation at night. Hope this helps!
@JaxIsLame thanks! Has me thinking that maybe exercise isn’t as good for fibro as I thought….
