I feel this I have alot of trauma as far as relationships go. My therapist told us to both take a test to see what our love language is. His is physical touch which makes it hard for me sometimes. We try every couple of months to get a hotel room for just us and we just hang out and play get to know you card games that will get us talking about some intresting subjects.

Talk to your husband so he understands that he's okay and not doing anything wrong. Talk to him that he understands your pain and that he can help you through it. I would suggest seeing a therapist and taking a day to go and be with yourself. For me, it's going on a hike or sitting by a creek for a few hours to sort out my thoughts. It may hurt a little to be alone but it'll help you understand the steps you need to take
Sit down with your husband and tell him how you are feeling and maybe the both of you can come up with some thing that will help you out together and in the end talking about it might make your relationship stronger and the rest will just fall into place.
I love painting with my fiance because it doesn't have to be a handsy type of love it's "does this look okay" "looks great babe" or just relaxing quiet time together doing a creative project. But it might also depend on your and his respective love languages.

@RaeRae22 I love this, it’s so important for me to remember that you can show love in many different ways. Thank you for sharing this!
@roaring20s ofc I wish you and your husband the best!
It's a hard thing... For me, the best thing is to take care of yourself, and talk to someone I can trust. (Family, Friends, Therapist, etc.) I know this feeling all too well, but I know it will pass soon. Maybe you guys can do something that you both enjoy! I know it's hard... But I promise it will take time and it will get better. Just one step at a time! 💗
