absolutely is a thing!! i know mentally and physically, the day after is usually the hardest for me. i snap at people a lot easier and honestly just have a lot less tolerance. it’s sort of like a rubber band? the more you pull it, the harder it’ll snap back. every action has its reaction and all that!! i don’t have exactly what u have but i hope this can be of some help! :)
