i used to not be able to sleep at all so my therapist put me on meds for it and now im sleeping way too much. i need to find a way to not be so tired all the time. im not even taking my meds for it anymore because of how much im sleeping. i havent been taking the sertraline(for my depression) because it also makes me tired.
