Spite. I think of people who didn't think I could do the things I did. It's tough when I'm down, but I still have the things I've done. I have to write them down because depression literally makes you forget good feelings (thank you therapist).

My cats. When nothing and nobody can get me out of the depression hole... my cats always so. I depend on them as much as they depend on me.

Finding that one thing. My children. My dog. Something other than myself that needs me and that would be messed up without me.

I usually think of people who love me and would be proud of me to see me trying!! I like thinking of my dog too!! She needs me, so I can't just leave her ya know?? I like thinking of all the nice experiences I could have in the future, all the love and happiness I can feel. Sorry if this sounds corny and dumb :'^)

Thinking of the things that make me happiest in life and sunshine (vitamin d) mostly work for me but I'm sure there's many other ways one individual can enjoy life to the fullest.
