Struggling with IC: Need Advice

I’m at my breaking point with my Ic. I don’t sleep, I can nearly eat, and I am always in pain. Can anyone give me any advice? I was diagnosed on my birthday 3 months ago and it still seems to be so hard for me to adjust. Any advice emotional/informative will help. I don’t feel normal anymore, or like my age. Thankyou F 23 y/0

      Have you tried amitriptyline. It helped me sleep when I was first diagnosed and can help with pain too.

      ALOE VERA!!! I don’t mean to yell but I’m passionate!!!! It changed my life. Desert harvest, 3 pills twice a day. After a few days my IC pain was virtually gone! And it’s all natural! I also recommend trying prelief, take it before having acidic foods! Feel free to message me if you have any questions :)

        @Belugabear I’ll also mention I’m 22 and totally get how you’re feeling. I’m happy to talk if you would like! But you can definitely beat this, you have so many options for treatments!
