I started physical therapy today to hopefully relieve some of my RA/Fibro pain. Any PT success stories?

It helped me a lot. Sadly once Covid started I was unable to do the exercises and I am back to square one.

It helped me so much, I had horrible leg pain that no one could figure out. After 3 months of PT, they figured out it was a hip impingement that had been there so long it has messed up everything. Had surgery, went again after and I'm almost as good as new.
