      I also sometimes feel like it's not helping! But other days I think it is! It's hard to discern but I have also been on it for less than a month

      Yes I take 3 pills in the am..3pills in the pm and that way I can feel the difference. You just need to go up in dosage

      Im only on a low dose but just went up. I feel like that too like is this even working or is it the placebo effect
