Preparing for an Adult Autism Assessment: Need Advice

Honestly, mine was awful. But my psychologist was horribly unprofessional. Bringing in a list of things you'd like to mention can be helpful so you don't miss important information. You can even just hand it to them so they can read it if you get too nervous. I just finished mine and was diagnosed, so if you have any specific questions you're welcome to message me
