Looking for tips on getting mobility aids

If you do have hand issues with canes, I've found my forearm crutches solve that problem a little!

i use a cane occasionally, i’ve found it’ll help with one side but make the other worse. definitely messes up my hand after a while. i may be using it weird or something tho? kinda still learning.

i used a cane before i was medicated and it helped a lot! you just have to make sure it isn’t too hard on your wrist/shoulder
