Feeling Overwhelmed and Angry

I understand how you feel please reach out to me to discuss your feelings. I've felt like this before and what's helped is remembering the reasons why I live/want to live. Those reasons differ for everyone it could be wanting to live to have a future family or wanting to live to have a good career. It's also good to remind yourself what you're grateful for and what you have around you that others are lacking like food, shelter, and friends. I remind myself this each time I feel suicidal and it really helps me to get back up again. I also distract myself to and listen to music I love that uplifts me. I know life is tough but you'll get through it we all can rise up and defeat the enemies of our minds💕
