Hi! I'm currently going through a rough AS flare up & starting to be scared Humira isn't working for me anymore. Any experience with other additional medications that may help?

Humira did nothing for me . I’ve taken a lot of different tnf blockers and I had to experiment a bit to find the right ones . A few worked for a while , then stopped . Others made me really ill. But a few have been a godsend . Remicade , Cimzia and cosentyx have worked best for me

Baclofen really helps me because when I’m in pain I really tense up and it just makes things worse.

I don't take anything daily for AS but during flares I take Naprosyn/ Naproxen

Whatever you do don't stop the humira. I did that and I've been unmedicated and in severe pain ever since.

I began with Humira and went through several other medications before turning to Xeljanz. Xeljanz XR has been the most effective at reducing flare ups for me personally.
