I wanted to start exercising more this year so I went to a 1hr dance 💃🏻 class today but it was really intense and I went through the pain for 45mins and then had to sit out and now my body is killing me, particularly my back. I need to do something low impact next time. I’m going to join the gym at some point and then I can go at my own pace and go swimming too 🏊‍♀️💗

      Start off working out in small portions and slowly work your way up!

      I love water aerobics! I started there and now I’ve worked my way back up to dancing! I still can’t do too much and need to be heavily medicated but it’s worth it I think for how much fun I have :) I hope you find something that works for you!!

        @Belugabear thank you so much! Water aerobics sounds like a great idea☺️ when I join the gym I will probably do a water aerobics class there too! I’m happy that you are still able to do the things you love💗
