Other than medication is there anything that has helped your Hashimoto’s? Specific diet, alternative treatments, specific supplement etc. Thanks!

I found breaking down my symptoms into separate concerns helped me treat myself beyond changing my thyroid meds. I'm gluten and dairy free, which has alleviated a lot of my stomach issues. I try to eat nutrient dense foods too, with good fiber and food-sourced probiotics. I think this has helped with my gut and my fatigue levels. If you're able to commit to it, spending a month working through an elimination diet might help rule out other triggers. It's very time consuming and was stressful for me, but I know I learned a few things from it. I treat my anxiety and depression together. I take medication to manage and remind myself that it's all tied to hormones, cortisol levels, and my cycle when I start feeling out of wack. With fatigue, brain fog and sleep issues, it's harder. I take melatonin or Benadryl to help sleep and keep copious notes and reminders so when my brain fog does get bad, I've got that built into my routine.

Lowering sugar intake or actually eliminating helped me.
