What is the temperature like when you guys notice an attack? I’m thinking about mentioning to my doctor that I want to start a medication for my Raynaud’s but I’m worried I’m just being dramatic about it. I go to school somewhere warmer than where I grew up but my hands still hurt so much in the cold.

Mine can be anything! I can be in a hot shower. It’s nuts. I guess mine is syndrome or disease - idk which - but the vessels clamp down and the spasms can come on anytime. Be careful w Raynauds - don’t be afraid to ask for meds. Mine went from a nuisance to blue hands in a matter of months. Then ulcers form and won’t heal without circulation. I came within days of amputation. Nifedipine and tadalfadil saved 2 of my fingers.

Okay, thank you! For me, anything below 60 causes attacks but I’ve had pain at temperatures warmer than that. I never thought about the impact of my hands/feet being wet though. I’ll have to pay attention to that in the future! Thank you again!
