Ask them to introduce you to the folks they are texting and see if you can expand your circle with them or ask them why they’re doing it when you are wanting to connect with them. This could be everything from work, social networking sites to internet addiction. Find out what is going on with your friend first.

i would for sure recommend talking to her. but i get that could be real tough. but tbh it probably won’t change if you don’t do anything, which sucks :/
