Hello! 🙋🏻♀️ I’m Angela (she/her). I’m 36 and live in Minneapolis, Minnesnowta. I left my job last June and am in the process of getting on disability. I used to be really active - camping, coaching downhill skiing for Special Olympics, hot yoga, etc - but now am looking to find more chill hobbies. I’m into house plants (orchids and Hoyas in particular), cooking/baking, gardening, thrifting, and my personal funky fashion sense. I also love sending letters and dorky holiday cards! 😋🙃 My partner and I have three cats - Mitzvah (13), Julius, and Ru. The last two are siblings rescued from a field we got as kittens about 2.5 years ago. They kept us entertained during quarantine. I went to school first for Theology & Religious Studies with a Spanish minor, and then the second time (because that got me employed making lattes) to be an ASL interpreter. My last job was providing employment support to individuals who are Deaf Plus. I loved it, but it was stressful and exhausting and not doing my body any favors. Once I get on disability and finish all my PT-type things, I’m hoping to volunteer in the Deaf section at a local nursing home once a week or so. That’s me! I’m an open book, so HMU with anything! 🤗
