Lately I’ve been having these compulsions like scrunching my face/nose or almost like twitching my head. I just feel like I need to do it until the urge goes away or I can’t stop thinking about it. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I agree with Calla. And my OCD is actually mostly comprised of compulsions like that. I had some that would actually injury myself :/ One that I had to stretch my arm muscle until it "felt right" that sometimes I would pull the muscle :/
I get those compulsions too, where I feel like I have to twitch my cheek X number of times or something to "feel right". I have always just either done it if it's not too bothersome/interruptive/noticeable of a compulsion to others/I'm alone, or accepted that I have the feeling and let it pass by, idley allowing my thoughts to wander elsewhere. Easier said than done I know. But I've noticed forcing the thoughts away rarely helps make them pass. It's when I allow them to stay a while and accept them as just thoughts and let them run their course that I can get distracted by other things more easily.
