Seeking Advice for Pudendal Neuralgia Treatment

The doctor is having me try diazepam inserted vaginally. I have also requested a nerve block. It's a very rare condition so it's been a difficult journey getting medical care. I'm also taking Nortriptyline and Lyrica. Warm baths, ice, heating pad and liquid lidocaine. Nothing is relieving it completely. It gets worse throughout the day, much worse at night. I'm scheduled with a physical therapist. I'll keep you posted. This is really terrible pain. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this as well. It feels like I have a small pinecone or cactus in my vagina and rectum.
