Are My Hallucinations Normal?

from a psychological standpoint, that is not an average experience and may be a sign that you need to see someone- thats what i meant by not normal!

It should probably be safe to assume that everyone’s normals will probably be different though 🤔

nope, not normal. my first hallucination was like that- the ceiling was rippling, like i was underwater, but sometimes it shifted into swirling.

Idk but when I look at anything for over 3 seconds it expands then goes back to normal over and over again
