I would get bouts of insomnia from time to time, I’d take 7.5 mg of mirtazapine and this would kickstart my sleep cycle and I’d be fine for a couple months but suddenly at the start of the year the mirtazapine stopped working, after 10 plus days of no sleep, I was prescribed lunesta 2 mg., it puts me to sleep but it doesn’t kickstart sleep cycle like mirtazapine once did. Taking lunesta everynight is not a sustainable plan. Help!….. any suggestions?
