    For depression- Forcing myself to try to do "normal" things- like brushing teeth, watching a movie, going to a store. For anxiety- it kinda depends what type of anxiety, but honestly not that different. Routine helps. Also, sensory stuff. Grounding. Checking the facts if you're prone to overthinking
