How do you manage your anxiety on a daily basis as well?
For depression- Forcing myself to try to do "normal" things- like brushing teeth, watching a movie, going to a store.
For anxiety- it kinda depends what type of anxiety, but honestly not that different. Routine helps. Also, sensory stuff. Grounding. Checking the facts if you're prone to overthinking
I’m still trying to figure it out. Listening to music sometimes help to get me motivated
Taking it one day at a time keep your mind busy on things that don’t make you sad or depressed and do things that make you happy
