Dizziness can be caused by many things including easy to fix stuff like dehydration and just manageable but not curable stuff like dysautonomia (my diagnosis).
I will say, though, to look into labyrinthitis. It's an inner ear infection but it doesn't hurt, just messes with your balance and stuff. I had it when I was younger and it was awful awful vertigo for like a month and I gave it to both my parents since it's viral. I see from your profile that you have chronic migraine which might be the cause, too. My migraines make me nauseous among other things, not sure what it's like for you. It could be that it started as a migraine but is being stretched out and made worse by your anxiety, ya know??
yesss, thank you! It could be, but my stupid health anxiety is like thinking stroke even though I’ve done mri scans and all. 😩 but I saw that there’s a thing call vestibular migraine which is a migraine but without the headache. This sucks though. Lol
