Chronic constipation, constant bloating, was diagnosed with IBS-C a few years ago. The discomfort and bloating is pushing on my groin making my genitals shrivel up (killing my libido). I was diagnosed with a varicocele in my left testicle a few years ago as well, oddly enough the abdominal discomfort is also mostly coming from the left side of my descending colon/abdomen. Does anyone have any advice? It can be very miserable at times.

Bless ya, this was actually so useful to hear! I just had surgery for endometriosis but they couldn’t find any and said my bowels looked loaded so I should look into IBS. Been very confused because most my symptoms are reproductive health related, but I guess bloating can put pressure on other areas?
