Coping with Pain from Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction

I have this as well and I have to beg my drs for something stronger that panadol I've been suffering this since 2010 and everyday I'm in pain I've been told by a neurosurgeon that I need surgery but I also need to lose 30kg before they will do it.

I had a steroid injection a few years ago and it did nothing for me , next was Tramodol then i came off them to a morphine Patch but had a bad reaction to them so now on slow release morphine tablets & even these are not up to the job
