Ugh my social anxiety keeps it hard for me to find an in person psych and my favorite telepsychiatrist stopped prescribing my anxiety meds and idk what to do :( I can’t find another online psychiatrist that prescribe what I takes and it sux. I tried to go in person to day and failed with a panic attack. I wish j could find a legit one online :(
