Does anyone get depressed and anxious after vigorous exercise? Like to the point it affects functionality? I have been suffering with this for years and cannot think of why I would feel depressed, especially.

Yes omg!! All my doctors told me I'd feel so much better with more vigorous exercise but it just makes me feel upset and sluggish after. Like I just wasted my time.

Yes! I do! It’s enough to make me not want to exercise. I’m not sure if it’s due to my eating disorder, or just my brain chemistry being weird. I don’t get the normal dopamine release that everyone else gets when they exercise.
