does anyone else feel sort of like a heavy feeling of depression and like almost grief when they aren’t able to focus or talk about their hyper fixation? or like they can feel it slowly wearing off and it’s like grieving the loss of something? or is that just my hypersensitive ass.

That just sounds like my depression, what hyperfocus does for me is give me a temporary high/distraction from the symptoms of depression, so it sounds like leveling out to me, is it very severe? Does it go below your normal and then come back?

  @ArouraBorialice yes. it’s almost sorta like i said like im grieving something. so i get very depressed for a little while then it sorta levels out
