Asking for help is on the hardest things I’ve ever done. And it took me a long time to do it and when I did my feelings were just dismissed. I feel worse now than I did before asking. I wish I hadn’t said anything because now people talk to me like I’m stupid and crazy for asking to get help. Like it was hard enough to ask and for them to invalidate me just makes it worse.

Its a hard one, knowing who to trust when asking for help, as it can make you feel worse, but I find talking to people with the same back ground is a good starting point because you can get into a conversation and it's free flow, and then once you have that support network ask for help from others that have that back ground of understanding, it can't get on with counciling because I feel rubbish after, because I just don't want to talk though things, I want solutions too, and counciling or just there to talk too,
