Shivering after Confrontation - Any Ideas?

Trembling is a common symptom of anxiety. Sometimes even if your emotions don't really match, you'll still get the physical symptoms as a response to the hormones your body is firing off.

It happens to me when I'm upset. It's actually a common symptom of anxiety. I'm not sure why. I remember seeing it on a list of symptoms that are not talked about enough.
