Constant Palpitations with Health Anxiety

@AuntieR mine is like all day everyday it feels like a ball of energy in my chest and upper abdomen but also like a pulse in the bottom of my throat and it will not go away no matter what I do

@AuntieR are your palpitations like constant? Mine like won’t go away. From the time I wake up til I got to bed. It’s like I can constantly feel a buzzing or like electricity in my chest

@beautifulDisasterxo do you get the random sharp pains in and around your chest and ribs? That freaks me out too.

@beautifulDisasterxo yes same I’m wearing a holter monitor right now I take it off on Wednesday and probably won’t know anything for two weeks after that but I feel it almost constantly and it’s driving me insane. I’ve been to the ER 3 times because of it and every time they say I’m fine
