Endometriosis is back and I'm struggling

Almost 4 months endometriosis free, and it came back today. A tissue full of blood, a little pain, and the exhaustion remind me how easily I can lose the ability to function. Reminds me when I couldn’t take the stairs because it would cause debilitating pain, reminds me of the worse moments when I could do nothing but lie in bed with a heating pad and cry. I don’t know why it’s back. I’m on the extra strength orlissa and the endo remaining was surgically removed 8 months ago. My only hypothesis is that it’s because I became sexually active again a couple of weeks ago. I really hope sex doesn’t trigger it. I hate this disease.
