Does anyone have a good way to get rid of knee pain besides a brace and ice? I’ve tried that but nothing hurts.. When I have my brace on my knee is still hurting
Hi, I'm combining a few things. First I go with compression sleeves that hold my knee well. In addition, I do physical therapy for my knee to strengthen the muscles and ligaments in the area. I also go for treatment and injection of numbing and anti-inflammatory substances to the knee in order to make the pain less acute. Have you been to an orthopedist?
