Seeking Help for Skin Itching Problem

Wonder if anyone can help me with a question I have. For past couple weeks I’ve been developing a itch on my arms hands and feet. Itching to the point where the skins peeling away now. Wouldn’t say it’s painful. I’m not sure if it’s eczema or viral infection or something. I’ve checked and not changed any body spray or washing up liquid or detergent. I will go to gp if needed but first wondered if anyone here might be able to shed some light on the situation. I have also tried E45 cream, aqueous cream, sudacreme and moisturisers but it doesn’t help.
