      What I normally do is bring my phone and a charger and then be on that the whole time. If they dont want you on your phone though, then slip earbuds through your shirt or hoodie to listen to something without them knowing. Or you can bring a small fidget toy and play with it in your pocket. This is what I normally do whenever I have to go to a family members house
