Definitely CBT like someone else said. What has been helpful to me is having a schedule and sticking to it as best I can. Not in a way where you feel like a failure if you don’t follow it, it’s just easier to do things like brush your teeth when it’s been a part of a schedule for a long time. Make yourself eat and things like that. And seriously, let yourself feel like shit, let yourself cry, it is ok! Be kind to yourself!!!! Depressive episode suck dick and I’m really sorry you’re going through that
